User Licensing & Data Access
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TurkDataWorkshop provides you with a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access our platform for your internal business operations. You acknowledge that all intellectual property rights related to the platform are owned by us or our licensors.
Our proprietary analytics tools and visualization engines are protected by international copyright laws. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our software unless specifically permitted by local law.

Data Ownership & Processing
When you input your datasets into our platform, you retain full ownership of your data. TurkDataWorkshop acts as a processor. By using our services, you grant us a temporary license to host, transit, and process your data solely for the purpose of providing analytics and generating insights for your organization.
Upholding Platform Standards
To maintain a secure and high-performance environment for all users, we enforce strict guidelines regarding platform interaction.
Technical Integrity
No automated scraping, bot-based extraction, or stress-testing our infrastructure without written authorization.
Identity Custody
Credentials must not be shared between unauthorized users. You are responsible for all activity under your workspace account.
API Governance
Access to our data pipes via API is subject to rate-limiting and strictly defined concurrent request volumes.
Global Compliance & Jurisdiction
TurkDataWorkshop operates from our headquarters in Istanbul. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
Liability Limitations: To the maximum extent permitted by law, TurkDataWorkshop shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses resulting from data inaccuracies or business interruptions.
Service Continuity: While we aim for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service during maintenance windows or unforeseen technical failures.
Modifications: We reserve the right to evolve our terms. Active users will be notified 30 days prior to major structural changes to these conditions.
